We work directly on technologies and systems that shape building codes, drive innovation in prefabricated concrete construction, and create new opportunities for commercialization and impact across Canada and beyond.<br><br>You\u2019ll focus on nonlinear analysis and testing of precast concrete systems, with the flexibility to tailor your research toward sustainability, affordable housing, or computational modeling depending on your background and interests.<br><br>Preferred background:<br>\u2022 Background in structural, earthquake, or concrete design<br>\u2022 Programming ability (Python, MATLAB, or similar)<br>\u2022 Strong academic background<br>\u2022 Experience in nonlinear structural analysis (OpenSees experience is a strong asset) &#8211; PhD applicants only<br><br>This position offers the chance to do technically demanding, meaningful research in an environment that values innovation, collaboration, and translation to practice.
